Product Warranty
We guarantee your satisfaction with Automatic Reman’s products, and will replace or refund any products returned to us within 24 months of your purchase date.

Automatic Reman branded products have a 24-month, 50,000 mile, warranty from date of sale.
- Automatic Reman may request documentation of proper installation and maintenance, including but not limited to, programming and fluid changes.

Automatic Reman transmissions must be installed by a licensed repair facility in order to qualify for warranty.

Automatic Reman transmissions must be registered with the product serial number and VIN of the vehicle it is being installed into. Each part can only be registered to one VIN, and once registered cannot be re-registered to another VIN.

The warranty is attached to the VIN and transfers with vehicle ownership.

Coverage is limited to the lower 48 United States.
- Warranty product must be returned complete and assembled to Automatic Reman for the warranty to qualify. Automatic Reman, at its sole discretion, may choose to replace the warranty product or issue a refund.
- With mutual agreement by the customer and Automatic Reman, Automatic Reman will send parts such as valve bodies, external sensors, or seals free of charge for customer repairs to be completed in the field

Replacements or repairs under Automatic Reman’s warranty do not extend the warranty period.

Labor, towing, shipping, transportation charges, rental expenses, fluids, loss of time, loss of income, loss of use of the vehicle, storage fees, or consequential, special, punitive or incidental damages are not covered by Automatic Reman’s warranty.

OEM and aftermarket products with brands other than Automatic Reman

Products from OE suppliers shall be warranted by the original manufacturer and not by Automatic Reman. Automatic Reman will provide records necessary for the customer to file a claim directly with the manufacturer.
Shipping Damage
If you receive a product that shows signs of being damaged in transit or is outside of its original packaging, please do not risk installing it. Dropped transmissions may have cracks or leaks that are not easily detected before installation. Please contact info@automaticreman.com and we will send a replacement product and arrange for return shipping.
New Returns

Parts in original packaging can be returned for a 100% refund during the warranty period

Automatic Reman branded parts that have been installed will be treated as warranty (see above).

Automatic Reman branded parts that have been misboxed or mislabeled will be treated as warranty (see above).
- Opened products from other brands cannot be returned for a refund.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping. Returns must be received by Automatic Reman to qualify for a refund.
Shipping for Automatic Reman Warranty Products
- Automatic Reman will cover shipping expenses for warranty in the lower 48 United States. If Automatic Reman replaces a product under warranty, it will be shipped to the customer free of charge.
